What length does roof deck come in?
How long do you want it? You can choose a custom length between 2′-40′ with 1″ increments. We will roll form and cut it right to your specs.

It’s a simple 3 step process. You can then place the order and choose if you want free pickup at our location in Nappanee, IN or delivery to your job site.
How is B Deck made?
A coil of steel is loaded and fed into our roll former line, which then gradually along the process transforms the coil from a flat sheet to an engineered profile.
At the end of the line, our machine has a shear which then cuts the piece to your custom length, all within a few seconds.
